TCP ONE / COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Trust is something
we take care of.
Respect the people and the work
Be constructive, share honestly, and respect different backgrounds and viewpoints. Harassment, discrimination, spam, impersonation, and unsolicited sales pitches are not welcome. Moderators may restrict or remove access for violations.
Keep confidential information out
Do not post credentials, personal data about others, proprietary customer information, or material you do not have permission to share. Ask before quoting a private discussion outside the community.
What your application contains
We collect the name, email address, technical focus, introduction, and optional sponsor you submit, plus submission time and review status. Moderators use these details to review membership and contact you. A sponsor’s name is an introduction, not a verified endorsement.
Storage and access
Applications and community content are stored on TCP One’s Vultr infrastructure in the United States. Authorized operators and moderators can access information needed to operate and moderate the community. The hosting provider processes infrastructure data and backups. Private community access does not mean end-to-end encryption.
Your choices
Ask a moderator through a direct message in the community to correct or delete your application. Before joining, use the contact details provided by the moderator who follows up with you. Application data is retained for membership review and administration; deletion from rotating backups may take longer. Do not submit sensitive information.
Invitations and membership
Applications do not guarantee admission. Invitations are issued after moderator review and expire after seven days. Do not forward an invitation or share an account. Moderators may ask for an introduction or technical conversation before approval.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising trackers. The membership and chat services use authentication information needed to provide access. Mattermost manages its own session cookies and local preferences.
